Swapcard Application: To foster a network, communication, and the ability to create a personalized Conference agenda, TFN will share attendees' name, title, employer, and work email address with the Swapcard conference application. Other attendees will be able to access your data via the platform. We are unable to offer an opt-out option.

Code of Conduct

Our Annual Conference is an opportunity for funders to learn, collaborate, and grow amid conversations focused on racial, economic and environmental equity and justice. We would also like to ensure that TFN’s conference remains a relaxed, considerate and caring space for the philanthropic community to gather with their colleagues, government and non-profit partners. As such:

TFN does not allow language that harasses, threatens or defames others, or language that is derogatory toward people or communities based on, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or ability status.

TFN asks attendees to refrain from using the Annual Conference, Swapcard, or related networking activities as a venue for fundraising pitches or any other solicitations for financial support.

Electioneering or lobbying activities are prohibited.  (For additional guidance on how to effectively advocate as a non-profit or philanthropic organization, we encourage you to visit the resource pages for Bolder Advocacy, a program of the Alliance for Justice.)

I agree to abide by TFN’s Code of Conduct for its Annual Conference. I understand that TFN, in its sole discretion, may take any action that it deems appropriate if an attendee violates the Code of Conduct. This action may include being asked to leave the Annual Conference immediately, without warning or refund of any registration or other fees.
